Emirates Post Group launches first Customer Happiness Centre

Emirates Post Group has opened its first "Customer Happiness Center" in Al Bada'a off Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, as part of community happiness initiatives in the UAE. Apart from postal and non-postal services, the centre will provide VIP services, a recreation area for the elderly and a fun corner for kids.

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Alashram, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, said: "The Post Office in Al Bada'a area of Dubai has been selected as the customer happiness center for the convenience of customers. This move is an expression of our support to the National Program of Happiness and Positivity, which seeks to launch and adopt diverse initiatives in the field of community happiness and positivity."

"We are proud of our team and our leadership, which always strives to support initiatives and activities that seek to create a positive and happy work environment. We will continue to implement further initiatives to bring our employees and customers together," he added.
